Where are you located?
We are located at Shop 902s Bannister Drive, in Lake Haven NSW. You can find us in the business park of the Lake Haven Shopping Centre. There is free parking available and a major bus terminal a short distance from our doors. You may also attend our virtual clinic via video or telephone health if you have mobility needs or are not local to the region.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to begin therapy or an assessment. However, if you would like to access funding for your consultations or Medicare rebates then a valid referral will be required.
Is there a waiting list?
There is currently high demand for mental health services in Australia. Our waiting times vary, and we strive to minimise your wait for services. We aim to set you up for success, by ensuring that your current needs and referral type appropriately match to a clinician. You can ask our team for up-to-date information about waiting times.
Can I get a rebate?
Yes! Our team are qualified and licensed to work through the Medicare rebate system. Certain criteria apply so please contact us for more information about your eligibility.
Are your staff qualified?
Yes! All of our staff are licensed and qualified through regulating government bodies and peak industry bodies. Many of our team members hold postgraduate qualifications and are registered providers who hold specific expertise in areas such as working with victims of crime, supporting people returning to work after injury, and supporting participants of the NDIS. Not only are our team members highly qualified, they also maintain their skills and knowledge through continuous professional education.
Do you Bulk-Bill?
There are currently no bulk-billed services available. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact our team to discuss suitable options.
